What This Is

Some properties offer unaccompanied (self-guided) showings.

Access is provided only after completing a required acknowledgment and verification process. This process is standard for all unaccompanied showings.

Requirements for Access:

To request unaccompanied access, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Enter the property alone
• Follow all posted property rules
• Complete identity verification
• Accept responsibility for personal safety
• Failure to follow these requirements may result in denied access.
• Identity & Security Verification
• For security purposes, unaccompanied access requires:
• Government-issued photo ID
• Current selfie photo
• Completed acknowledgment of conduct and responsibility
• Verification information is used only for access control.
